At 3:08 AM on June 14th, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton tweeted an upskirt photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus climbing out of a vehicle wearing a dress but no underwear. Afraid of being charged for knowingly distributing child pornography, Perez has since removed the photograph... but not before we grabbed a copy of the photo.

Legal experts and major media are claiming that Perez Hilton could face up to 15 years in jail and a lifetime registration as a sex offender for posting the photo, and many people in the industry believe Perez has officially commited "career suicide".
